Dilek Köseoğlu was born in İstanbul in 1959.
She completed TED Ankara College* in 1977 and
graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Italian Studies in 1982.
She gaduated from the International Management Graduate Program in 1984 , in the Institute of Business Administration at Istanbul University.
She completed the Cetificate Program in Career Development Facilitators in 2007 organized by Bahçeşehir Univerity-Istanbul, under the licence of GCDF ( Global Career Development Facilitators).
